• Initial Assessment: $185

• Individual 60-minute session: $165

• Couples/Family 60-minute session: $165

• Individual $45 minute session: $145 

Insurance coverage depends on the benefits of your health plan. Contact your insurance carrier before your first appointment to clarify your coverage and avoid any unexpected out-of-pocket costs.  Helpful questions to ask include:

• Do I have mental health coverage under my plan?

• Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, how much of it has been met?

• Do I have a limit on the number of visits I can have in one year?

• Do I need pre-authorization?

• Does my plan cover telehealth sessions? (if preferred)

• Is Elizabeth (Liz) Kist an in-network provider with my plan?

• Wellmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Health Partners, Midlands Choice

• Medicaid (Iowa Total Care, Amerigroup/Wellpoint, Molina)

A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations or no-shows that occur less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a fee. All clients are required to provide a credit card on file for such fees, except for clients with Medicaid insurance.
